Most mornings begin by answering calls for a variety of clients. As one of the first points of contact, I aim to give everyone a friendly, professional welcome and make sure their enquiries are handled efficiently or passed to the right person as quickly as possible. After that, the day can go in any direction. I support the team with a wide variety of tasks, from general administration and client communications to helping with ongoing projects. I'm always happy to lend a hand wherever I'm needed, even if that means making a well-earned round of teas and coffees!

I also take care of our outgoing post, ensuring important documents and information are prepared accurately and sent to clients promptly. Although it's a routine task, attention to detail is essential to make sure everything reaches the right place on time.

Another part of my role involves booking property viewings and arranging air source heat pump servicing appointments. This requires careful diary management, liaising with clients, and coordinating schedules to find times that suit everyone involved.

One responsibility I particularly enjoy is organising regular catch-up calls between our Business Manager and the clients we provide PA services for. Keeping diaries organised, coordinating availability, and making sure these conversations happen on time helps us maintain strong relationships and continue delivering a high standard of support.

By the end of the day, I've usually spoken with a wide range of people and completed a variety of tasks. The variety is what makes the role so rewarding, every day presents something different, and I enjoy knowing that my work helps keep both the team and our clients running smoothly.
