Established in September 2006, our Proprietor, Penny Toulson, started Miss MoneyPenny PA Services from home in order to assist small and medium sized business owners with those time-consuming tasks which took them away from their main focus and areas of expertise. Within a few years, the business grew organically and soon enough Penny herself, required assistance! Fast Forward over 17 years, the team of eight are now based in the beautiful Grey House in the town centre of Stamford, Lincolnshire, close to the city of Peterborough and covering the surrounding areas of Oakham, Uppingham, Rutland, Cambridgeshire, Leicestershire and Northamptonshire. Location is not really an issue, as successful client relations are also held internationally in Dubai as well as nationally, around the United Kingdom.

Our virtual personal assistant service gives our clients control as to which tasks are performed, on an ‘as and when needed’ basis, either remotely or on site in their offices. Crucially, only paying for the services used, thereby reducing costs and overheads associated with employing a full-time member of staff. The cost of our service is extremely competitive to that of an employment agency, in addition to which continuity of assistance is guaranteed with the sole purpose of supporting the success of our clients. We operate an extremely simple and fair pricing structure, chargeable by the minute for all tasks undertaken, however complex they may be. These duties include but are not limited to full office management and secretarial support including the organisation and formatting of documents, call answering, shorthand dictation and minuting, audio transcription, travel planning and all aspects of diary and event management. As we work as a team, our clients are able to call on us at any time (during the working day) and there will always be someone to help and our expectation is to turn work around the same day if possible, thereby providing THE MOST reliable and efficient service!
