Our Boss Lady and Top PA!
Penny’s career spans over more than 25 years and she is still as passionate about her role as a PA as ever. Having years of experience working with Chief Execs, Managing Directors and their teams, there is no task Penny won’t happily undertake!
Being the founder of missmoneypenny pa services, Penny (yes, that really is her birth name! What a great coincidence, hey?) really enjoys a role that requires a proactive approach as well as a quick, reactive response. Through nurturing and growing a small business of her own this also provides hands on experience enabling her to assist business owners on a real level with a great deal of understanding.
Outside of missmoneypenny pa services, Penny enjoys spending time with her family, with the children making sure they fill every waking moment!
Fabulous Office Manager and Top PA!
Kate has worked as a PA at Director level for more than 22 years and also has experience in payroll, HR administration and finance under her belt.
Attention to detail is paramount for Kate and she’s a fully fledged member of the grammar police! She’s our transcription queen, happily typing up those conference calls, dissertations and interviews in a flash, showing off her 95wpm typing speed. Social media is a keen interest of Kate’s and she’s always researching hashtags and trends to boost our profile (including #shoesdayTuesday)!
As Office Manager, Kate is an integral part of the missmoneypenny PA machine and helps keep those wheels turning. Having been a member of the mmp family since 2013, there’s not much she doesn’t know!
Out of office hours, Kate loves vintage clothes shopping, musicals, the seaside and spends most of her time laughing with her family!
Top PA and Incredible Property Management Guru!
Carina has a wealth of experience in many areas including customer service, event management and marketing. Property Management is a large part of Carina's role at missmoneypenny PA, she’s a mini estate agent, maintenance expert, interior designer and tenant advisor all rolled into one.
Having spent many years working in the travel industry, Carina has a vast knowledge of all things travel related. She loves researching travel options for our clients, whether it's for a business trip or pleasure. Designing marketing campaigns is another one of Carina's favourite tasks here at missmoneypenny HQ, she enjoys putting together templates and experimenting with different styles.
If there’s a fundraiser to be found, Carina can always be relied on to produce a delicious Malteser tray bake or Rocky Road bites, raising money for excellent causes and widening the waistband of her colleagues.
When her out of office goes on, it’s family time and they have a love of the great outdoors, often to be found camping or enjoying a break at Center Parcs. When the kids are tired out, she loves to dig out her paintbrush and get creative with crafts!
Top PA and Pretty Amazing at Everything!
Becky joined the missmoneypenny pa team following 12 years at Cambridgeshire Police. Her experience offering emotional and practical support has resulted in excellent customer service skills and she is SUPER organised, whilst paying lots of attention to those all important details.
Becky is our Car Fleet Management Queen and is able to multi task, juggle jobs and prioritise without batting an eyelid. A fabulous all rounder, Becky is able to pick up any work that comes in to us and hit the ground running.
Becky is calm and collected and an excellent first point of contact for many clients who know they can always rely on her to provide exemplary service.
Becky is a keen runner and is training to do a half marathon, inspiring her colleagues to also take up running. In her spare time, she loves spending time with her family, drinking cocktails with friends and going on holiday. She has recently put her organisational skills to good use out of the office too, by volunteering as secretary for Langtoft Football Club.
Top PA and Event Management Queen!
Having been a PA for nearly 10 years, Abi has worked in a variety of environments including the NHS, several charities and most recently, in the property market, building up an admirable amount of knowledge across many sectors
Abi particularly enjoys arranging events and training courses of all sizes and enjoys getting stuck in to ensure everything at the event goes smoothly – from arranging the venue to organising the training materials. Naturally gregarious, Abi has an engaging telephone manner, managing to be professional and friendly rolled into one.
On the accountancy side, Abi uses her skills to assist international clients with their accounts and quarterly VAT returns and can be found under a mountain of receipts!
Outside of work, Abi loves to travel and is often found to be running around after her Cockerpoo puppy, researching Vegan recipes and socialising with her many friends.
Magnificent Multi-Tasker and Top PA!
Julie has had a varied career to date. After graduating from University with a degree in Geography, she moved overseas to work as a holiday rep. Gaining strong skills in customer service, administration and organisation and relishing a job where no two days were ever the same! Upon return to the UK, Julie worked for a large tour operator as a Product Manager, producing accurate and engaging marketing material with the customer in mind at all times.
Julie loves to focus on a project and feels a huge sense of satisfaction in following it through from start to finish, she’s process driven and can turn her hand to any multitude of tasks, all at the same time! Julie has a great sense of humour and always manages to make her colleagues smile!
Julie enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the great outdoors and dreaming about future holidays all over the world. She certainly has the travel bug!
Project Superstar and Top PA!
Annelize joined the team with a wealth of knowledge. Having worked as a PA in fast paced businesses in London and owning her own business, Annelize built a strong network and gained invaluable business and administrative skills.
Annelize is extremely motivated and driven. Her organisational skills are second to none and there is no task that she’s not happy to undertake. She takes pride in delivering high quality work in a timely and efficient manner.
Aside from the day job, Annelize recently graduated from the Open University with a BSc Open Degree – well deserved after years of dedication and commitment. In her spare time, Annelize is a talented and experimental cook. She boasts a collection of over 150 cooking books and also loves to bake and create her own recipes. She is also a keen walker and won’t rest until she’s exceeded her 10,000 steps per day!
