Penny Toulson

Phenomenal Proprietor and Top PA!

Penny’s career spans over more than 30 years and she is still as passionate about her role as a PA as ever. Having years of experience working with Chief Execs, Managing Directors and their teams, there is no task Penny won’t happily undertake!

 

Being the founder of Miss MoneyPenny PA Services, Penny (yes, that really is her birth name, what a great coincidence!) really enjoys a role that requires a proactive approach as well as a quick, reactive response. Through nurturing and growing a small business of her own, this also provides hands-on experience enabling her to assist business owners on a real level with an immense deal of understanding.

 

Penny has an admirable ability to build a genuine connection with our clients, providing the unique and bespoke service that we have become known for, the ‘personal mmp touch’, which sets us apart from the rest.

 

Aside from running Miss MoneyPenny PA Services, Penny enjoys spending time with her family, with the children and various pets filling every waking moment, in particular Claude, her precious Shihpoo pup, who ensures life has a new twist now he's around!

Kate Crombie

Fabulous Office Manager and Top PA!

Kate has worked as a PA at Director level for more than 24 years and also has experience in payroll, HR administration and finance under her belt. Working mainly as a dedicated Executive Assistant, she enjoys a close working relationship with our clients, building up an excellent rapport.

 

Attention to detail is paramount for Kate and she’s a fully fledged member of the grammar police! She’s our transcription queen, happily typing up those conference calls, dissertations and interviews in a flash, showing off her 95wpm typing speed. Social media is a keen interest of Kate’s and she’s always researching hashtags and trends to boost our profile and gain followers!

 

As Office Manager, Kate is an integral part of the Miss MoneyPenny PA machine and helps keep those wheels turning. Having been a member of the mmp family since 2013, what she doesn’t know, isn’t worth knowing!

 

Out of office hours, Kate spends most of her time laughing with her family but she also loves musicals, reading and has a keen interest in fashion, owning countless pairs of shoes, too many dresses and a nice collection of handbags!

Abigail Jolie

Top PA and Event Management Queen!

Having been a PA for over 10 years, Abi has worked in a variety of environments including the NHS, several charities and most recently, in the property market, building up an admirable amount of knowledge across many sectors, with administrative skills that are second to none.


Abi particularly enjoys arranging events, overseeing the whole process from start to finish to ensure everything goes smoothly and successfully! Abi also supports international clients with their executive team, managing their domestic affairs and any projects that require assistance. Naturally gregarious, Abi has an engaging telephone manner, managing to be professional and friendly rolled into one, charming everyone she speaks to.


On the accountancy side, Abi uses her skills to assist clients with their auditing, invoicing, VAT returns and payroll and has always got several spreadsheets on the go! Despite the serious nature of some of her tasks, her sense of humour keeps the team smiling constantly!


Outside of work, Abi loves to travel and is always planning her next adventure. She is often found exploring new walks with her Cockerpoo, researching Vegan recipes and enjoying living the country life.

Rachael Fitz-Gibbon

Top PA and Property Management Guru!

Rachael joins us with 9 years previous experience of being a Top PA (including 4 years as a self-employed Virtual PA). Graduating with a Degree in English Literature and Linguistics, Rachael is also experienced in various areas of property management, including holiday homes as well as private lets and she has a real passion for refurbishment and interior design. 


Rachael thrives on the variety of working for different clients, in a range of industries and we’ve yet to find an area she doesn’t excel at! She’s always keen to learn something new and is currently completing a proof reading and copy-editing course which will prove very useful in the mmp office!


Already highly skilled in accounts administration, logistics and project management, Rachael manages to turn her hand to anything, remaining calm and unfazed by even the most complicated task!


When she’s not in the office, Rachael adores reading anything – from the Bronte sisters to the back of a shampoo bottle and she enjoys writing too, having had her own blog which was then extended to include an online shop selling items from small, ethical companies. Rachael also loves to travel far and wide and experience new cultures and cuisines!

Hannah Watts

Top PA and Magnificent Multi-Tasker!

Hannah has had a varied career to date. With an impressive background in administration and customer services, she’s also a qualified Dental Nurse (with very nice teeth!) and has a qualification in Travel and Tourism which will come in handy for the regular travel arrangements we book for clients.

 

Hannah is an extremely quick learner, able to pick up any work that comes in and hits the ground running, impressing everyone she comes across. She’s an excellent proof-reader and spots the tiniest of errors with her eagle eye, more recently adding blog-writing to her skill set. Motivated and driven, all of her work is produced to the very highest standard.

 

Aside from the day job, our brainy Hannah graduated in September with a First Class Honours Degree in Law and is now studying her Masters! She somehow also finds time to volunteer for the NSPCC as a Childline email counsellor.

 

As downtime, she enjoys creating homemade gifts and making fancy dress costumes for her children. Currently renovating her house, she’s learnt how to do electrics, plumbing and tiling! Other than that, she can be found sunning herself on the Lincolnshire coast whilst eating chips on the beach!

Victoria Boddington

Top PA and Customer Service Superstar!

Vicky has a background of more than 10 years in customer service, ranging in industries such as hospitality, motor and finance. She has excellent experience liaising with clients on all levels, be it face to face, over the telephone or online, dealing with any query in a friendly and approachable manner, getting real job satisfaction when she resolves issues and has a happy customer!

 

Organisation is key for Vicky, everything has its place and she likes all to be in order. This is a dream come true for some of our self-confessed disorganised clients! She’s a real ‘planner’; enjoying mapping out a project and working to a process, leaving no stone unturned and no task unticked.

 

Vicky is a true team player, so quick to volunteer to help a colleague and happy to undertake any mission that arises. Always the first to answer the telephone for the many clients of our ‘Call Management Service’, Vicky has a beautiful telephone manner, retrieving the information required from the caller in a confident and effortless way!

 

Out of the office Vicky enjoys country walks, long lunches and cocktails with friends and can never resist pizza, or any type of Italian food for that matter!

Jess Hewitt

Top PA and Perfect Proof-Reader

Jess has extensive experience in customer facing roles and more recently she worked as an editor, proof-reading and editing content. She brings to us fantastic skills that we put to good use every day, with many of our clients requiring proof-reading and document formatting on a regular basis.

 

Enthusiastic, personable and reliable, Jess has excellent attention to detail and positively thrives under pressure, always meeting that tight deadline! In a fast-paced environment, where we switch from task to task, Jess takes this in her stride undeterred, never needing to be shown anything twice.

 

Jess is a super speedy typist, with a love of grammar and correctly spelt words! Always willing to run an errand for a client, you may spot her out and about in Stamford, happy to get those extra steps in.

 

When not at mmp, active Jess loves going on regular adventures with her one year old. She also enjoys gardening, running, baking and has a very keen interest in true crime investigations.

Emily Jakeman

Top PA and Visionary Architect

After graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2012 with a degree in Fashion Buying BCs (Hons), Emily has had experience working in a variety of roles – as a Visual Merchandiser, Graphic Designer and an Admin Assistant. Emily also runs a small business, designing and selling wall art prints and greeting cards, alongside working at MMP, of course!

 

Emily has worked within the Retail, Education and Medical sectors. Her experience in a variety of roles and sectors has given Emily many skills - including excellent attention to detail and consistency, organisational skills and delivering a high standard of customer/ client service. She also enjoys and thrives working in a team environment.

 

Outside of MMP Emily loves to spend time with her family and friends and has two Ragdoll cats. She likes to visit new places and always has to have her next holiday booked. Emily enjoys going to music gigs, musicals, shopping trips, trying new foods, restaurants and weekend walks.
