We offer an ad-hoc call answering service for businesses that are unable to take calls for one reason or another – holidays, team meetings etc. Businesses are able to divert their phones to our missmoneypenny office and we mind phones and business for however long is needed.
Recently, we saw a large building services company have their yearly conference for all employees throughout the UK.
The mmp team were prepared and ready for a busy day ahead (we ordered in extra coffee!). We took messages throughout the day and worked seamlessly to the pre-determined script. We managed our time so that all other tasks were well taken care of for our other clients.
I’m proud to say that we are a fabulous team here at mmp!! We work hard, take care of each other and take care of each and every client too.
